We've designed our tart pan to be as beautiful as the pastries baked within, and for the easiest of oven-to-table presentations. Crafted out of our signature blue-green porcelain, our pan is naturally non-stick with crusts, but may be greased or lined with parchment for additional ease of cleaning. Non-staining under normal baking use though baking patina may gradually appear with high use. (We think that makes it even better.)
